Steve Baker and his wife Audrey have been a part of Lincolnway since 2010. They live in Frankfort and have four children. Steve loves to see others connect their story to God's story. Steve loves to tell stories, Legos and Golf.
Daniel Hazel
Worship and Teaching Pastor
Daniel is a servant of the Gospel and lover of tea. Joining the Lincolnway staff in 2020, he has a heart for disciple making through worship. Daniel studied organ performance in undergrad and holds a Masters of Leadership in Ministry from Judson University. In his free time, Daniel enjoys hiking and traveling with his wife, Emma, and their daughter Elin.

Harthe has a passion for the youth of Lincolnway. She spends hours searching for the best curriculum, camps and events - anything to impact the youth for God’s Kingdom. She wants every single youth to feel they’re a part of Lincolnway, to never feel alone, and to have a safe place to deepen their faith!

Jen loves kids…yours and her own! She spends hours creating an exciting and engaging atmosphere where kids connect and learn about God. During the week she’s busy prepping and on Sunday mornings you’ll see her buzzing around making sure all the environments have everything they need!

Erica is a master event planner! She takes care of any and all events for the Next Gen Ministry and she comes up with the most engaging and exciting ideas! Your kids will be begging to come to church!
