Whether you've attended church your entire life or never been at all, we know it’s not easy visiting a church for the first time. You’re not quite sure what to expect and you probably have a lot of questions.
At Lincolnway, we want to give you the best experience possible. 

Here’s some information that should help: 

When are services? 

We have two services both online and in-person.

Our services are at 9 and 10:30am. Kid services are available at both services. Each service lasts 60 minutes, and you should arrive about 15 minutes early if you have children. That will give you plenty of time to check them in at KidCity before the service begins.

What should I wear? 

Whatever you want!
We welcome jeans, t-shirts, ties, tuxedos…you get the idea.

Come as you are. 

How do I get there? 

Lincolnway is located at 690 East Illinois Highway. Across the street from Bentley School.

What’s a service like? 

First of all, you won't be pointed out or made to feel uncomfortable in any way. You will have a meaningful, stress-free experience...and you'll have a lot of fun. The first 15 minutes of the service you'll get to enjoy some modern worship music led by our Worship Arts Team. We'll have the words to each song up on the screen, so you can sing as much as you feel comfortable. Then after a short welcome, we'll jump right into the day's teaching.

Each message/sermon is 25-30 minutes long and takes eternal Biblical principles and applies them to your life in some very real and practical ways. And we'll give you message notes with all of the Bible verses we will be reading and a pen so you can take notes. After the message, we will take communion together, sing a song, and hear a few announcements. 

What about my kids? 

KidCity will be the BEST hour of your kid’s week! All children--from birth to 3rd grade--are invited to join us in a fun, interactive environment where our team of trained volunteers creates a fun, safe, and loving environment. Your child will want to come back every week! When you register your child, you will receive a receipt sticker that you will use to pick up your child after the service.

Grades 4-8, have specialized environments as well. These environments have been tailored to fit this age group’s needs. With special attention to reaching them where they’re at, by crafting engaging lessons, creating interactive games and showing them their identity in Christ through scripture and community.
